What if the owner/co-owner does not live in the area?

The majority of our closings can be conveniently conducted remotely. We'll facilitate the process by coordinating a meeting with a notary for you to sign the necessary paperwork. It's a streamlined and hassle-free way to finalize the closing.

What if I am behind on my mortgage?

Don't hesitate to give us a call right away! Certain banks are swift in reclaiming properties. Our team has expertise in negotiating with banks, and in certain instances, we can work towards reducing the penalties you may owe. Immediate action can make a significant difference in navigating through such situations.

What if the property has a tax lien or other liens?

It's a case-by-case situation, and the answer depends on the specific circumstances. Nonetheless, we have successfully acquired properties with various liens, including tax liens, mechanics liens, and HOA liens.

Does the property need to be cleaned once a deal is made?

No, you only take the items you wish to keep. If there are items you intend to leave behind, simply inform us, and we'll coordinate the process of clearing the property accordingly.
